Tropical Plush green landscaping surrounds this 5 bedroom and 3 bath 2 story 'Unique' home. Perfect for Romantic getaway (packaged with surprise touches for the couple with our compliments). To weddings or family gatherings. Quiet and private setting w/brilliant aqua colors of the bay. Enjoy the daytime with sunbathing,swimming in private pool, or bring your own boat w/plenty of dock on site and then BBQ and eat under the chickee hut. At night you will notice the glow of lights that truly make you feel as if you're in paradise. With having the bottom floor being the main living area you are just steps away from the pool area that is only separated by wall to wall sliding glass doors. Master bedroom has awesome bayviews to wake up to. Big screen TV for that 'Game' you have to watch. This vacation home will surely bring special memories. It's breathtaking. We will handle specialties (additional cost) such as a making that special dinner for two, or maybe needing babysitting services.

I cannot begin to explain how pleased we are!! The house was absolutely beautiful & spacious & the owners were superb. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us, showed us around & made us feel at home. The house was unbelievable. Between the lush gardens, the beautiful pool & jacuzzi, the hammock & the dock right on the water, we could not have asked for more!! There was an awesome pirate room with 3 bunk beds, and lanterns hangin from the posts. It felt like they were really in a pirate ship! The kids loved it! We couldn't get them out of there. The gourmet kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The house was impeccable. They had a volleyball net & we played volleybll, kayaked, snorkeled, bar-b-q'ed, and so much more. I can't wait to come back. I'm pre-booking for the next few years & probably many more to come!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

Not for 14 People, no 5 Bedrooms...

This home is not worth the many money.

A/C was broken. Water came through the ceiling, 6 beds were in a room without any daylight and not workin A/C in this room. Everything smelled wet.

Only one kingsizebed, 2 queensize and one sleeping couch, no pool service, grill was in bad condition. No garden service. Owner complained, that we "forgot"to water the plants....

No privacy because everywhere around and perhaps in the house: cams!!!!

We love Florida, but we rented some homes before in Ft. Myers Beach, Sarasota, Cape Coral for real less money. They ALL were much better than this house!!!

Never again!!! it´s really unique
