This luxury built villa was completed in November 2007 and is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the South West Florida Gulf coast sunshine. Close to Englewood and Port Charlotte and It is a perfectly secluded place located in a quiet upscale residential area of Rotanda West, with five golf courses within minutes drive. This spacious, 1900 square feet home is tastefully decorated with many personal touches that separates it from your typical rental. The south facing heated pool (electric heat pump) is sunny all day and is enclosed within the screened lanai. This villa features a master bedroom with king size bed, and a bathroom with twin vanity unit, roman shower, a large walk-in closet, TV and a sliding glass door that opens onto the lanai and the pool. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, adjacent bathroom with bathtub and shower, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Breakfast nook seats 4 and additional seating for 3 at the kitchen counter, and formal dinning seats 6.
