Location, Location, Location For your next summer getaway or winter ski vacation, stay at our luxurious 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath townhouse in the heart of Winter Park. This is the one spot you will come back to over and over again! The convenience is unbeatable ...walk to restaurants, bars, shops, and the beautiful Fraser River Trail. Just a few steps from the townhouse, the free shuttle bus picks you up and within minutes you are at the base of the Winter Park Resort and ready to snow ski! Additionally, a Safeway supermarket is conveniently located on the free shuttle route. Winter Park is only 90 miles from Denver International Airport, so getting here quickly, inexpensively, and in all weather conditions from most places in the USA is not a problem. Also, the 'Ski Train' as well as Amtrak run regularly from downtown Denver to Winter Park/Fraser. You may not need a car at all!

Notes: Brand new for 2007/2008 season. Sunny, end unit, closest to the bus stop to ski area - 2 minute walk. Kid and family friendly unit with videos / games for kids. We have a beautiful, large new hot tub for your private use! Mountain View: Views of the Continental Divide and Fraser valley from unit. Once outside unit, views of ski area. Balcony: Two balconies - off kitchen and large one off main room overlooking private hot tub. As we are in the heart of Winter Park, just behind the Untamed Steakhouse and next to Basecamp Bakery.

We love our Winter Park getaway and hope you will too. It is roomy enough for two families to share and enjoy a memorable vacation. This unit is privately owned and managed, and we take pride in our home and expect renters to treat our home as if it were their own. This is a non-smoking and pet-free home.

Here's the sleeping arrangements by bedroom: Master Bedroom (top floor) - One King sized bed with attached bathroom - shower, dual vanity, and soaking tub. Also included full walk-in closet, sitting area, and cable TV. Sleeps 2. 2nd Master Bedroom (top floor) - One Queen sized bed with attached bathroom - shower/tub combo and single vanity. Sleeps 2. 3rd Bedroom (top floor) - One log Bunk Bed with full mattress on bottom and twin mattress on top. Bathroom with shower / tub and single vanity in hallway outside and washer / dryer in hallway. Sleeps 2 to 3. 4th Bedroom (bottom floor) - Two Bunk Beds with 4 twin mattresses with bathroom just outside door with shower/tub and single vanity. Sleeps 4. Office with Futon (bottom floor) - one futon that can sleep one additional person if need be. Next to 4th bedroom and bathroom. Can sleep 1.

This vacation rental is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to have a great ski vacation!

We brought our 5 children here for Spring Break
this year (2009) - it was absolutely AMAZING! This
is definitely a luxury townhome - spacious and
beautifully decorated. We immediately felt right at
home from the moment we walked in the door. It is
walking distance to restaurants, a sledding park
and shops. The bus to the ski lifts is also walking
distance. A huge hot tub (our family of 7 all fit in
with no problem) right at your back door is such a
nice way to end a day of skiing. The kitchen, with its
own fireplace is so warm and cozy. All the
appliances, including the washer and dryer, are top
of the line. We would recommend this gorgeous
home to anyone and everyone who wants one of the
best places to stay in Winter Park!

Had a great stay at the condo, with a group of 9. Plenty of room, well appointed. 2 minute walk to shuttles. Near all of the restaurants. The owner is very helpful. I will definitely stay here the next Winter Park trip I plan.

Had a great Christmas Ski break in the house. Loads of space, great kitchen, very convenient location for ski bus, a great brew pub/restaurant on your doorstep. Amenities (internet, tv, dvd) all worked. Will be top of my short list for the next big group break in Winter Park!
