Stay at our luxurious 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath townhouse in the heart of Winter Park for your next winter ski vacation or summer getaway!
The convenience is unbeatable ...walk to restaurants, bars, shops, and the beautiful Fraser River Trail. Just a few steps from the townhouse, the free shuttle bus picks you up and within minutes you are at the base of the Winter Park Resort and ready to snow ski! Additionally, a Safeway supermarket is conveniently located on the free shuttle route.
Winter Park is only 90 miles from Denver International Airport, so getting here quickly, inexpensively, and in all weather conditions from most places in the USA is not a problem. Also, Amtrak runs regularly from downtown Denver to Winter Park/Fraser. You may not need a car at all!
We love our Winter Park getaway and hope you will too. It is roomy enough for two families to share and enjoy a memorable vacation. This unit is privately owned and managed, and we take pride in our home and expect renters to treat our home as if it were their own. This is a non-smoking and pet-free home.
Here's the sleeping arrangements by bedroom:
MASTER BEDROOM (top floor) - 1 KING sized bed with attached bathroom - shower, dual vanity, and soaking tub. Also included full walk-in closet, sitting area, and cable TV. Sleeps 2.
2nd MASTER BEDROOM (top floor) - 1 QUEEN sized bed with attached bathroom - shower/tub combo and single vanity. Sleeps 2.
3rd BEDROOM (top floor) - 1 log BUNK BED with full mattress on bottom and twin mattress on top. Bathroom with shower / tub and single vanity in hallway outside and washer / dryer in hallway. Sleeps 2 to 3.
4th BEDROOM (bottom floor) - 2 BUNK BEDS with 4 twin mattresses with bathroom just outside door with shower/tub and single vanity. Sleeps 4.
Office with Futon (bottom floor) - 1 futon that can sleep one additional person if need be. Next to 4th bedroom and bathroom. Can sleep 1.
This vacation rental is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to have a great ski vacation! This is the one spot you will come back to over and over again!

My family and I love snow skiing in the Winter and the mountains in the Summer!
We love skiing and have skied all over the world, and we were looking for a great mountain that was family friendly. We did a ski vacation in 2006 and we were hooked! Winter Park has it all - a huge mountain for all ski levels, family friendly, good nightlife, affordable, laid back, and is an authentic and genuine Colorado town.
We live in the East and chose Winter Park because it is easy to get here from Denver International Airport (DEN) and relatively inexpensive to fly in and out of here from most places in the US.
Our place is huge - it is spread out over multiple levels - 3 bedrooms on the top floor, kitchen and great room on the middle levels, and office and 4th bedroom in the basement. We typically have 2 families staying at one time, but you never feel crowded or on top of one another given all the levels. If people want to sleep early or late, it's easy to do so and not be disturbed. Also, kids can play in a separate area and not bother the adults.
The other great thing is how close it is to everything in town - it is walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, and bars so that once you are here you really don't need a car. Also, we are a 2 minute walk to the shuttle stop to the ski area up on the main street. Due to the frequent shuttles, it is only a few minutes to the ski area (2 miles away). We also like to drive up to Mary Jane and park the car and just walk to the lifts there - the parking is free and it's convenient!
As we are in the heart of downtown Winter Park, just behind the Library Brewpub and next to Rise and Shine Cafe.
