What a beautiful and spacious condo!! Our deluxe condo is in the newest development in Nuevo Vallarta. 'Nitta' offers 5 Star quality, rooftop sunbathing deck, games room, gym, business centre; all with full ocean & sunset views!!! This boutique condominium complex, custom designed, has only 51 condo and penthouse units, each with beautiful designed interiors and quality finishings.

We have a local property manager that offers airport pick-up, pre-grocery shopping and tour booking services. She is available during your stay should you require any assistance during your stay.

We are in... a Private gated, 24 hour security, located in Nuevo Vallarta - Paseo de los Cocoteros 111 (10-15 minute walk) from Paradise Village Hotel on the beach or 5 minutes from the Flamingos hotel complex... Only 15 minutes from Puerto Vallarta Airport (150 pesos) Close to full grocery store, bank, 1st class restaurants, spa, and marina. Golf at Flamingos course or El Tigre championship 18 hole Step out to the most beautiful beach in Banderas Bay. You can walk for over 2 hours on our beach all the way north to Bucerias!! Just put on your bathing suit and sunscreen.

Also a free Nuevo Vallarta shuttle that brings you throughout the area including ths large shopping mall

Our condo has: -2 Master bedrooms (1 king bed & 1 queen bed) each with their own full ensuite -2 Queen sized pullouts with another full 3rd bathroom off living area -luxurious and spacious living room with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which open up right to our beautiful lit courtyard and a private heated swimming pool area.

We have a cute outdoor patio deck right off the living room with table & chairs,

and a propane BBQ and sink area for outdoor dining

Inside we have an elegant dining area and bar unit

Free long distance telephone to Canada and USA with a Canadian phone number which makes it easy for someone to contact you while your in Mexico

We also have a '42' inch plasma TV with 'STAR Choice Canadian and US' satellite, DVD's, games, lots of movies and more. Don't miss your favourite shows or sports, over 150 English channels

We purchased the Nitta Condo because of the condos large living area (over 1500 square feet) and the easy access to the pool and beach from the main floor. Having only 50 other units makes for a relaxing quiet vacation.

We had an absolutely fabulous month staying at this condo. The suite is huge and very well appointed. The King Master bed was so comfy that we had many a long, restful sleep during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and we had many a tasty meal there. We spent most of our time on the beach, which by the way is spectacular, excellent for those long beach walks! Having the complex so close to the beach was a plus and made the walk over a breeze. Sunsets on the rooftop terrace were breath-taking. The condo complex is clean, well-kept and modern and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We mastered the bus system and managed to travel back and forth to PV and Bucherias with ease.
We would highly recommend this unit as well as the condo complex. The unit would be perfect for a family or 2 couples to share as there is plenty of space. We would not hesitate to rent again from the owners!

What a wonderful place to spend the holidays. This nicely decorated, furnished, and stocked condo was perfect for a relaxing vacation at the beach and pool. The fine, sandy beach was perfect for walking and the waves were gentle enough for everybody to enjoy wave hopping. The listing accurately describes the property and the amenities. I would certainly recommend this property and would love to return.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your great comments. I'm glad you enjoyed how actually close you are to the ocean, without "being" on the ocean. Many people don't realize that the Nitta complex is actually closer than many condos that "are on`the ocean. Hope to have you return with us at the Nitta or another of of high end condos.

Nitta is awesome!!

We absolutely loved the Nitta condo we rented for ten days in February. In the past we have always vacationed all-inclusive style, so this was a new experience for us, and it was soooo worth it!! Having meals on our patio each morning was so peaceful; the pool was awesome and the beach was fantastic as well! We enjoyed dinners out at different places each night, which was great! The condo was better than we expected - the pictures don't do it justice. It was spacious and clean - the staff were helpful as well! We highly recommend this place (just don't take our spot...) Thanks again - we plan to return soon!!
