Top floor = 2 master suites (one king sized bed, one queen) and a bunk room (one twin and one full). Main floor= bedroom w/ full bath (queen bed). Also a TV room with a 50 inch plasma TV including PS2 video game console, a family room with a 37 inch plasma TV, a dining room seating 6+ and a kitchen complete with bar/eating station seating 4. Also features a full laundry room, 4.5 bathrooms, a heated ski equipment room, a one car garage, street parking and a heated driveway. Hide-a-bed in TV room can sleep 2. Sleeps 8+. Pack N Play, high chair, and baby gates in home for your use. Queen inflatable aero bed also available. Rates do not include applicable taxes
7 minute walk to both Main Street and the Park City Mountain Resort. Free bus service is also available throughout town or up to Deer Valley Mountain Resort. No car needed once you park in the garage. Transportation services and personal shopping services are also available to stock the house with whatever you need prior to your arrival. Property is managed by the home builder- so all of your questions will be answered and your needs will be met promptly during your stay.
Beautiful home in a perfect spot. I spent a lot of time researching lodging in and around Park City, UT and choosing the perfect place to stay on any vacation is always tough. Every piece of information helps travelers make the right decision and the owner's description of the property and location were on the money. The house had every detail in which they described and the location could not have been better. In my past experiences these descriptions can be inflated to make a house seem better than what it was, in this case the owner's descriptions were perfect and that was greatly appreciated. The owners were a pleasure to work with the entire time, always returned the phone calls timely, and most importantly returned my security deposit in a timely fashion. (Thank you for that!!) The property was clean and well-maintained and the layout and amenities fit our group of 9 very comfortably. The owner's onsite property manager was also great to work with and helped us with everything we asked; even local recommendations for restaurants and pubs. Excellent responsiveness and customer service throughout the entire process!!

House was great, fit 8 grown men perfectly. Location could not have been better, never needed a cab. Very short walk to main street and all the bars and restaurants you could ever want. Walked with ski boots on to town lift (2 to 3 blocks) and skied away to park city. Great vacation with no complaints.

This cozy and spacious Park City home is perfect!! It is exactly like the pictures. The kitchen is very well appointed, and the large dining table is great for family dinners, and apres ski cocktails/snacks!! Be sure to take full advantage of the downstairs media room. The home is easy walking distance to town lift and all of the shops/restaurants on Main Street. The heated storage room in the garage keeps everyone's gear toasty. Everyone loved staying here from child to grandma. We can't wait to return!!
We really enjoyed our vacation. The house is great. The location is right in between the Resort center and Main Street, which was ideal for our group. The kids loved the bunk room and the adults loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The house is big enough that our group of 7 adults and kids didn't feel cramped or crowded. We loved the hot tub, the big dining table and the open main floor plan. The media room downstairs served as a bedroom and was private, with a closing door. I would definitely recommend this house to families looking for a cozy house at a great price.
Our group (8 of us, late 20s, early 30s) had a fantastic stay at this home. The home is setup perfectly for a larger group - there are four well-sized bedrooms and the media room on the lower level could also be used as an extra bedroom with a full bath close by. Hot tub was great during the cold nights and had more than enough space for those that wanted to enjoy it.
One of the best things about this house is its proximity to both the Town Lift and downtown PC. The easiest way to catch the Town Lift is to walk to the end of Norfolk Ave (approx. 150-200 yd) and you have direct access to the Quittin' Time which leads you to the Town Lift. If you want to walk to downtown PC, it is another approx. 100 yd. Some people in our group started out with lessons at the Park City Mountain Resort, which was also within easy walking distance (less than 1/2 mile). There is no need for a car unless you want to grab groceries.
When we arrived the house was clean, in great condition and the property manager, Jeff, could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The one thing I will mention is that the bedroom in the back gets colder than the others but there are five temperature zones in the house to help get it to the right temperature. All bathrooms are updated with great showers and more than enough space. The media room has a brand new TV which was nice. Grill out front was available for use - it was nice grilling on a snowy night.
Bart was very nice and easy to work with. You can tell that both Bart and Jeff want to make sure you enjoy your stay at the house and in Park City.
Bottom line: our group would definitely return to this house. It felt like it had the right balance of proximity, price, space, and luxury.
