Our location is ideal; we're within easy walking distance to the heart of State Street -- home to world-class shopping, dining and entertainment. We're just steps to the sand and Stearn's Wharf. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Marina, where you can sign up for a whale-watching cruise or rent kayaks or a sailboat. Our one-bedroom rental is ideal for a couple, but can sleep up to 4 adults with a queen -size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sofa bed with 1' memory foam topper in the living room. Luxurious accommodations include down comforters & pillows, high-quality sheets and thick & thirsty bath towels. We'll also provide you with beach towels, folding chairs, beach umbrella & ice chest. Our properties are not 'child-proof' and may not be suitable for young children. Also, please inquire about our Studio rental, located on the same property. It would be ideal for a family function such as a wedding if a large group wanted to stay at the same place, but have separate rooms.

Our location is ideal. We're within easy walking distance to the heart of downtown Santa Barbara, home to world-class shopping, museums, dining & entertainment. We're just steps to the sand and Stearn's Wharf. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Marina, where you can sign up for a whale watching cruise or rent a sailboat or kayak. There are several wine tasting rooms that are located within a few minutes walking distance. You can park your car in our off street parking area during your stay in SB and walk everywhere!

The well-equipped kitchen has a gas stove, a new full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, a complete set of cookware, coffee maker & grinder. There is a complete set of dishes, glasses & flatware for 4, as well as every imaginable cooking utensil. A gas BBQ is located on the private patio with outdoor furniture. We offer complimentary off-street parking. Conserve gas and leave your car parked the entire time if you'd like. We're easy walking distance to almost everywhere. There is also an electric bus that runs up and down State Street & Cabrillo Blvd for 25 cents. There is a bus stop one block away from our property. WiFi is available. The TV has a built-in VCR/DVD and there are lots of videos ranging from rated G to R. A shared washer & dryer are available. There is some interesting bird-watching from the patio, which overlooks Mission Creek. We invite you to put your feet up, have a glass of wine and enjoy!
