You know you have arrived...as you navigate the long private drive and park beneath the high, open Port Cochere. Enter through the magnificent crystal cut glass front doors. You are greeted by an expansive view of the blue Pacific Ocean, framed by an open 40 foot sliding glass wall of the Great Room with it's own indoor atrium reaching 28 feet to the sky light. Stepping out on the huge marble tiled veranda, the only sounds you hear are tropical bird songs, rustling palms and water cascading from a massive rock garden into the azure blue swirling swimming pool. The estate consist of a main house and 4 guest houses with a total of six suites, each with private bath. The estate, with all of its dwellings, is rented to only one group at a time. The estate offers a gourmet kitchen where meals can be prepared for you, or you may be your own chef. Dine in the formal dining room, lunch on the veranda, or just party around the deep water pool and practice your snorkeling.

    Kona Coast Ocean View Estate offers custom family packages arranged with special configurations and rates based on number of occupants. For larger groups the 'Ohana House' a neighbor property, a 5 bedroom/ 3 bath is also available.
    We specialize in multiple family rentals and weddings. We can arrange catering and many other activities for your reception.
    A 7 night minimum stay requirement.
    A 10% discount for 3 weeks or more is available.
    A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.
    A $250 cleanup fee for weddings is required.
    The cancellation policy allows refunds up to 60 days prior to arrival, less a $250 service fee.
    No refunds during the final 30 days.
    Christmas & certain holiday periods may require longer stay and higher rates.
    Check-in 2pm.
    Check-out 11am unless prior arrangements for late check out are made.
  • Weekly rates from $4800 - 6300 based on number of occupants.
    Extended Stay of 9-14 nights includes one free night!
    Custom 'Wedding Packages' available.
