Dee chose Breckenridge for her home & real estate investment base after traveling throughout Colorado, comparing communities & the amenities they offered. Because Breckenridge is central to several great ski areas, is a vibrant, yet historical, town, rather than just a seasonal resort, and is only a 2 hour drive to an international airport (DIA), and it offers year 'round activities, cultural events & opportunities, Dee chose Breckenridge over all other communities in Colorado. It was a decision she has never regretted as Breckenridge continues to offer family friendly as well as expert ski terrain for winter fun & sporting & cultural opportunities throughout the year. Breckenridge is a fabulous place to live as well as to visit.
Dee & Bernie take great pride in their gorgeously decorated luxury properties which epitomize the concept of mountain elegance. They provide hands on management & guest services as well as unique family memories in beautiful properties with many amenities. Pool tables in all homes, large decks for enjoying the Rocky Mountain out of doors. Game tables, fabulous, well-equipped kitchens with granite countertops & high end appliances. Each home comes with downtown parking spaces for exclusive use of their guests. Excellent locations close to national forest with hiking, biking & ski trails adjacent to or less than a block from the homes. Quiet culdesaq neighborhood just 4 minutes drive from Main Street. Walk the Burro Trail to Main Street in just 15 minutes in the summer and fall! Awesome mountain views from all properties.
I just wanted to let you know on behalf of our entire family our thanks and gratitude for the hospitality and the magnificent home we were privileged to stay in during our vacation. "White Cloud" was absolutely incredible, with ample space and provisions for all the children and grandchildren to have their "private time" when necessary. All of us are in agreement that it was the best vacation of our lives. It is our hope that we may return at some future time. Until then, thanks ever so much for providing such a wonderful place to vacation.
Spent a week in this home with friends and really enjoyed it. 8 of us and there was plenty of room to get lost. Main family room has a great view of the mountain. Kitchen was the best! Huge and they actually have all the necessary cookware to make a meal. I have been so many places that leave you with one scraped up pot. Owners were very responsive every time I texted them with a question. We found a great access to the ski lift just down the street at Marriots Mountain Valley Lodge. There is a sidewalk along the south side of the Lodge that leads to a lift. Easy place to drop off and get picked up. Only a couple minutes from the house and no one else ever there.
We were a group of 16 (8 adults and 8 kids aged 3 - 8) and the place was perfect! It was so big, that there was one bedroom and one bathroom that went unused during the entire 5 night stay. The adults could dine at the huge table in the kitchen and we set up the kids at the dining room table so that we could enjoy our meals separately. The kids had so much fun with the air hockey, pool and ping pong. There was plenty of space for them to play games and draw. The adults all hung out in the kitchen and we hardly noticed the kids in the evening (which was very nice).
The parking spots on Main Street were a lifesaver! We used them every day to take the kids to ski school (they were too little and inexperienced to be able to ski out). It was also nice to have a place to park when shopping or dining in Breck. Parking on Main Street is hard to find or very expensive. These spots are underground and heated and in the heart of all the action.
We would definitely recommend this home to others and stay here again!
We had a large group of married couples stay at this house for a ski trip and the home worked out perfectly for our needs The location and amenities were all great and we all really liked the ski-out access. Highly recommended!
My wife and I, our daughter, son, spouses and four grandchildren had one of the best family vacations ever and renting this beautiful home made it all that much more special! The amenities in the home, the privacy of three+ areas in the home, the views, deck, hot tub, etc. - all exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this home for a summer vacation and the more the merrier!
White Could has been the venue for an annual retreat of professional colleagues for the past four or five years. We could not be happier with the home or with our dealings with Dee and Bernie. The property is even more beautiful than the pictures portray. It is always clean nicely maintained and I understand that major renovations have just been concluded. The home serves as the residence and the meeting venue for our group of between 10 and 16 participants. We had stayed in several other homes in the Breckenridge area but none compared with White Cloud. The home comfortably accommodates our group, the kitchen is spacious and it is easy to prepare evening meals for the group. We like it so much that I reserve dates for the following year as soon as we conclude our meeting. I can’t wait to see the improvements that have made since last year.
If you are looking for a spacious, nicely appointed home for a large group don’t book another residence in Breckenridge until you check out White Cloud.
