Three story townhouse which is overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway with fabulous Views. Watch the sunrise and the sunset from this unique property which faces east and west. The townhome is a 4BR/4BA, has a ground floor guest suite which is 454sf and has a patio. There is a study with a leather sofa which makes into a queen bed, master bedroom with king size four poster,and a view to die for! Whirlpool in the Master Bath. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Each bedroom has it's own bath. Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen overlook the Intracoastal Waterway. There is a 21 foot balcony off the living room. The property is ten minutes from downtown St Augustine and a short drive to Ponte Vedra Beach. Deeded Beach Access a short walk.
