As owner’s we have tried to provide you an environment that would make your stay not only comfortable, but give you the feeling of home complete with a spectacular ocean view. I was born and raised in Tacoma, WA and that is where I still call home. I am what could probably be classified as a workaholic. I have a couple of companies that are in the auto industry and real estate development. My free time is spent with friends and family. My first visit to Maui was back in the mid 90’s. It was love at first site!! Within 24 hours of being on the island, I had a goal of someday in the near future of owning a property here. It took 5 years of research and staying in various hotels/condos throughout the island to find the perfect location. In 2001 I stayed at Hoyochi Nikko. Immediately after walking outside on the grounds, I said this is it, this is home!!! Intimacy, privacy, sunsets, whales, turtles, sound of waves crashing all night long. This was my definition of PARADISE!!
Location, location, location. What’s not to love about Hoyochi Nikko #105 when you have a private beach right outside your back door? Walking distance to grab a cup of coffee in the morning or visit the famers market. World renowned golf courses within a 5 minute drive. Remarkable restaurants that will make your mouth water just thinking about the menu items. A short hop, skip and jump for all of your shopping pleasures…. Or simply doing nothing at all relaxing in the sun feeling the cool ocean breeze all day long.
We love our home away from home. Enjoyed a full 3 weeks this 9th visit to Hoyochi Nikko. Kenny and JoAnne do a great job, love the socializing at the Pupu parties. Discovered Kapalua Crest Trail for morning walks this year. It is beautiful. Had a cocktail at the Ritz when Jody was working...fun!!! Thanks Alex for being such a great person. The rates apply for 1-2 people. Extra persons are an additional $15 per night, with a maximum occupancy of 4 people. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. There is an additional cleaning fee of $135 regardless of the length of stay
A $250 reservation deposit is required at the time of reservation. Full payment is due 90 days prior to the arrival date. I accept personal check, money order or credit card through paypal. Check in time is anytime after 3:00pm and check out is before 11:00am. Tax is already including in the nightly rate. Hawaiian Tax ID # W52725012-01
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
