Newly renovated, architect designed, and simply fabulous! On one of the hottest streets of the very chic Marais, French antiques mix with cool contemporary furnishings and deeply comfortable double beds. Two bedrooms, two baths ( one an ensuite shower room). Sitting room with Italian leather sofa bed, flat screen TV, i-Pod dock+ CD player, separate dining room with two French doors opening onto a 'balcon filant' with a great street view, marble fireplace and fabulous chandelier. Adjacent kitchen with granite counter tops and stone floor, dishwasher, microwave and all appliances. Bathrooms finished with teak, stone and chrome: sleek and elegant. Elevator. This is a spectacular, very comfortable apartment, in a very exciting neighborhood. 800 sq. ft. Perfect for two couples, or a small family group. It's so new to the market we are still working on photos..email us and we will send what we have.

We are two blocks from the Pompidou, and served by two metro stops: Rambuteau and Hotel de Ville. Great food shopping ( some of the best in Paris!) great people watching, restaurants, clubs, music and museums.

  • The bathrooms are elegant and comfortable, well lit and beautifully finished. The laundry room is separate.

  • The bedrooms are well separated for privacy. Bedroom 2 has a small walk-in closet and an en suite shower room with basin and WC ( and an original marble fireplace!) Bedroom 1 is across the apartment hallway from a full bath/shower, basin and w.c. Beds are 140 cm ( European double), both have upholstered headboards. The beds are extremely comfortable and all our linens are high-thread count 100% cotton. Bathrooms are very elegantly finished in teak, white stone and mosaic and chrome, with huge shower heads! There is a sofa bed in the sitting room, and doors that can be closed for privacy. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. In summer months, there are portable air conditioners. The apartment is well ventilated.

Wonderful apt and great customer service!

My friend and I rented this apt for 3 weeks in the Marais district in Paris. It is an excellent location with shops, cafes, grocery, cheese and wine shops all in walking distance. The Seine is 3 blocks away and public transportation is right there. We walked and took the bateaux (boat) bus to museums, shopping and sights in Paris.
The apt is very comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen has modern appliances and everything you would need. Each bedroom has extremely comfortable beds and a bathroom.
The owners and caretaker check in and make sure everything is working and needs are met. The apt. was cleaned weekly and was very clean.
I would highly recommend this apt and it's location. Our trip couldn't have been better because we had this lovely apt. to return to at the end of the day........Thanks for everything Sheila and Bruno!

Fabulous apartment in the heart of it all

This was our first time to rent an apartment on a trip and we are so happy we did. The location was great and the apartment met all of our expectations and would please the most discriminating tastes. What was more surprising to us was the unexpected call from Shelia & Bruno to see how we were settling in. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

Living the Dream in Marais

My husband, myself, our daughter and her friend thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay in this elegantly renovated apartment in beautiful Marais. Wonderful shops line the street; a jewelry shop, boucherie, florist, cheese shop, chocolate shop and cafe all in the same block!
And, despite such a busy location, the building is surprisingly quiet. Staying right amongst the Parisiens is a special treat and there is so much to see in this part of the city; with Notre Dame a comfortable walk, as well as Place des Vosges. Renting an apartment is the best way to travel, so, when we weren't out exploring the city, we could lounge in the comfortably furnished living room and dining room.
The apartment is perfectly sized for 4-5 people, with all the amenities of home: security entrance, internet, ipod dock, big screen TV, laundry, even free phone calls to North America!
Not knowing the city, we really appreciated how personable and knowledgeable Sheila, Bruno and Roland were during our pre-planning, as well as upon our arrival (and departure!).
Should we have another opportunity to visit Paris, we will definitely rent this apartment again. Thanks for making our trip so memorable!
