It can sleep up to six people in three bedrooms with a king-size bed in master bedroom, queen-size beds in the other two bedrooms, and a queen size sleeper-sofa in the den. Swim anytime, day or night, in your own private 15' by 30' swimming pool right outside your door. The landscaped private back yard features a large patio with gas BBQ grill, pool bar and dining table under separate gazebos, and patio furniture for hours of poolside relaxing and sunbathing. The fully-equipped, eat-in kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the dishes and utensils you will need to prepare home cooked meals or snacks. Other amenities include central heat and air-conditioning, a washer/dryer, cable TV, a DVD/VCR with a 600 DVD selection (eight DVD's max withdrawal per time), and all bed linens and towels. There is free on-site parking for your personal vehicles including a boat and trailer, Up to three vehicles.

Miami is rich in diversity, and offers vacationers far more than most large metropolitan areas. Our vacation house is in the middle of it all. From Miami Beach to South Beach - 20 minutes, to the Everglades, to the Florida Keys, most everything you'll might want to do is less than 45 minutes from the house. Our two unique national parks, Everglades and Biscayne, are internationally recognized treasures, and are not to be missed. Snorkel over the only coral reef in the continental United States, and watch the colorful tropical fish at nearby Pennekamp State Park. Visitors can spend their days experiencing our wonderful sandy beaches, as well as boating and fishing on the ocean, sheltered bays, or inland waters. Fairchild Tropical Gardens is one of the world's preeminent botanical gardens. Metrozoo is one of the world's great zoos where visitors can experience animals from all over the world in a cage-less environment.

Enjoy the races at the Homestead Speedway or gambling at Calder and Gulfstream Racetracks, and the Miccosukee Indian Reservation. Visit the Miami Seaquarium and the Parrot Jungle, or enjoy sports events at Pro Player Stadium, the Orange Bowl Stadium, or the American Airlines Arena. World-famous Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall, with interesting restaurants, great entertainment, and seemingly unlimited stores, is only one hour away, as are the Sunrise Musical Center and the Broward County Stadium. Miami has subtropical weather with warm, sunny winters. The bird watching is outstanding during the spring and fall migrations. We know this area well and are as near as your telephone if you would like local information, suggestions, or help. If you are really adventurous, plan to camp in the Florida Everglades or spend a few days at Disney World or in the Key West area.
