Brand new, Eco-designed, solar-powered, 4/5 bedroom cottage on Bay Street. House is located in the heart of Dunmore Town, with two decks overlooking the harbor and sunsets. Spacious garden with tropical foliage and private terrace with covered outdoor dining area in rear. Professionally decorated, integrated A/V system, safe, air conditioning and designer finishes throughout, outdoor shower, ceiling fans, Internet, cable TV, and BBQ. Main level includes living room, two dining areas (one indoors, one outdoors), kitchen with modern amenities, TV room with pullout twin bed, Full bedroom, bathroom. Second floor includes large master bedroom with King bed and an additional bedroom with two twins (both of which open out onto large deck overlooking bay), bathroom, and desk/office area. Garden cottage includes King bedroom and bathroom. ***House includes access to all of the Coral Sands Hotel amenities including pool, tennis court and beach chairs at no additional cost.
