Luxury Japanese style house.

This Maui beach front estate is located directly on Maui's best north shore beach. Built on 3 acres of land, a sense of old Hawaii exudes from this perfectly landscaped property, surrounded by more than 120 coconut trees and a magnificent monkey pod tree of more than 100 years old. Very private, the property is at the end of a cul-de-sac and gated.

The house comprises of 3 ensuite bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a private gym. Nice open living space, the house offers spectacular views of the ocean and the West Maui mountain. You will find a nice tree house on the property where you can relax and a jaccuzzi equipped with a very high tech system that heats up the water to 104 degrees in less than 10 minutes. This house has been featured in several magazines.

Spreckelsville, Central Maui, Maui, Hawaii, USA (8 minutes from the airport)

Close proximity to the charming town of Paia, an old sugar cane plantation town that has preserved its wooden buildings. Paia has a variety of shops and restaurants for all tastes and offers a very different feel from the hotel bordered Lahaina and condo bordered Kihei. On the north shore, people seem oblivious to tourism and the pace is slow. Only minutes away is Hookipa Beach Park, windsurfing capital of the world. In winter, monster surf rolls into the North Shore. Kahului to the west has a Costco where you can buy delicious fish.

More Details: The Main House occupies 3 acres of the land. Strong Japanese style architecture, extremely private, this Villa offers 5000 square feet of interior living space with 6000 square feet of lanai (balcony). Built with top quality materials from all over the world, it is truly exceptional. This exquisite villa offers spectacular views of the ocean and the volcanoes. It is equipped with a private gym and outside Jacuzzi. Great outdoors, from biking, trekking, kayaking, windsurfing, snorkeling, falls visiting, helicopter rides etc. The tropical weather is relatively constant. Trade winds April to Oct. Windsurf directly form the beach.

Golf:

Maui Country Club is a few minutes away from our property. Maui has many other Golf Clubs spread around the island.

Other Activities:

Maui is not at a loss for activities. With 19 different climates throughout the island, Maui offers a variety of different things to do. Windsurf or kite surf directly from the beach. Go biking, take a helicopter ride, hike in the volcano, go whale watching, survive the road to Hanna and many others.

Carriage House

Our stay in the Carriage House was excellent!

The property is wonderful. We couldn't have asked for more. Wonderful spot to stay with family (children!) or friends. Privacy, but shared common spaces for mingling.

We will definitely return to Maui, and ideally stay once again at this location.

Loved everything about the house, property, beach...all of it!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
