An oak and steel staircase leads up to the 1st floor where you'll find a wonderful living, dining area and kitchen area occupying the entire 1st floor - there is sociable round dining table and a spacious living area with comfortable sofas, armchairs and a warm gas log fireplace. There are also two external decks which enjoy mountain views from the front and expansive valley views from the rear. The under-floor heating on both this floor and the lower level ensure that your bare feet will never feel cold! Although this townhome is less than 2 years old, the stunning architectural features have quickly established Blackhawk as a Mountain Village landmark. Outside the property, there is a heated driveway and entry and upon entering the property, the ground floor comprises a heated garage, laundry room with full size washer and dryer and powder room.
The townhome also has complimentary wireless Internet access throughout and flat screen TVs and DVD players in the living room, master bedroom and queen bedroom. The extremely efficient and free to ride Steamboat shuttle stops just outside the development.
