Located 1/2 block from the beach, just by the surfing & boogie boarding jetty. Two bedroom two bath house is steps from the beach, next to the best boogie boarding and surfing by the jetty, near beach showers and restrooms. In downtown Capitola, surrounded by historical homes and restaurants. Beach is just steps away down Monterey avenue - no streets to cross for young families coming and going to the beach.
