The 854-square-foot (plus 340 sq. ft. lanai), one bedroom sleeps six with two new queen-size beds in the master bedroom and a queen air-bed can be inflated in the living room.
This condominium is tastefully furnished and professionally maintained. There are newly tiled floors in the entrances, separate air conditioning for each room, and multiple color cable televisions. Housekeeping service can be provided upon request at a nominal cost.
These condominiums are privately owned and managed. Therefore, we have low rental rates and take a personal interest in our renters. Our goal is to have renters who not only return time and time again, but also recommend our vacation condominiums to their friends.
