My fiance and I spent 2 weeks in this unit (can't beat the price!!). We had a very relaxing vacation away from the crowds you find in hotels. The apartment was great. It had everything we needed and it was comfortable. The grounds were beautiful, the pool was nice, and the security guards were friendly. The shopping center on the corner was convienent. The beach was spectacular; crystal blue water and white sand!! Thanks for everything Jorge and Fabiola, including your patience when answering ALL our questions. Hope to visit again soon. :o)

This was our first time staying outside of an all inclusive and we which now we would have done this before, there's much more to see and enjoy staying out of a hotel. The apartment has a great location and it is close to everything we wanted, the grounds are very well kept and quiet, away from the street noise.
The owner was very friendly and answered all of our many questions in a sincere ad honest matter, we will definitely come back and rent from him again!

I stayed for 2 weeks and loved it. The condo was centrally located and well kept. The security guards were very attentive and I felt completely safe and secure. The realtors gave loaned me a phone which made it extremely easy to communicate with people on the island. The beach was near and the locals were very helpful. I do not speak Spanish fluently, yet I was understood. The phrase Vivo Aqui works well for negotiations. I’d recommend it to anyone. Remember you are in the tropics so bugs and humidity are abundant.

We had a wonderful time at Punta Cana, George (the owner) was very nice and quickly answered all of our emails and questions in regards to Punta Cana and the condo. The apartment is on a great location, close to everything you need, it had all we needed to spend a great time. The property manager (Todd) is a great guy, he help us with all of our questions and gave us advice in what to do.
We highly recomend this condo apartment tp any one and can't wait to come back next year!!
Thank you for help us have a great vacation.

I stayed at this condo and its location was close to a lot of things. There was a money exchange and store as well as a great bakery on property with reasonable prices. It was a short walk to the beach which was very nice. Everything that was need was in the unit. Unit was in good condition. Only problem I had was when I arrived the maid hadn't finished laundry and it was all over unit but that problem was corrected very quickly and there were no more problems after that. I would stay here again if I am at Punta Cana again.

At Punta Cana DR. everything moves at a slower pace, sometimes even at the Hotels one has to wait a brief moment until the rooms are ready.
