Located right next to El Dorado Shopping Center where you will find a grocery store, pharmacy, other stores, restaurants and bakery. This Condo unit is about a 5 minute walk from one of the most beautiful beach in the world. Condo has it's own private WiFi/Internet connection.

El Cortecito & Los Corales are directly next to each other. They are both considered the safe & friendly tourist / expat towns of Punta Cana. This is the area where several beach accesses, shopping, groceries, numerous dining options and activities are located all within a safe 2-15 minute walk. Please Note: If you are flying into Santo Domingo, it is a 3 hour drive to Punta Cana & Punta Cana does not have any official addresses. It is recommended to fly directly into Punta Cana Intl. Airport & prearrange with us transportation with an English speaking driver who knows the area well. Most Taxi drivers only know where the resorts are & not the names of condo communities or Plazas. Only a 5 minute drive to other amenities like 30+ other restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, golf courses, & the Palma Real Mall; home of the Hard Rock Cafe Punta Cana, Tony Romas, movie theatre, Intl. brand name stores, wine-tapas, sushi, pizza, & tons more! A 10 minute drive brings you to the brand new San Juan Shopping Mall. Here you'll find a grand supermarket, several brand name stores, a Pizza Hut, IMAX theatre and more. Easy public bus transportation from Cortecito & Los Corales available.
NOTE: White Water rafting and Whale Watching tours are offered through our agency as well. Due to the further locations these are full 1 to 3 day excursions. These activities are offered at different parts of this 2nd largest Caribbean Island and may be a 4-6 hour drive away. Please ask us for more information. All other activities are either a short walk, or short taxi or tour bus ride away. Other unique OR more private tours are also available. If you can imagine it, we probably have it and can make all the arrangements for you either prior to, or after your arrival at our office a short 4 minute walk away.
Other Activities: Zip-lining, parasailing, catamaran tours, buggies, Island tours, cultural tours, etc.
My fiance and I spent 2 weeks in this unit (can't beat the price!!). We had a very relaxing vacation away from the crowds you find in hotels. The apartment was great. It had everything we needed and it was comfortable. The grounds were beautiful, the pool was nice, and the security guards were friendly. The shopping center on the corner was convienent. The beach was spectacular; crystal blue water and white sand!! Thanks for everything Jorge and Fabiola, including your patience when answering ALL our questions. Hope to visit again soon. :o)
We loved this property. It's a close walk to the beach and to restaurants and stores. The condo itself is very clean and we'll stocked. Special mention to the property manager Todd who was beyond helpful with everything. I highly recommend staying here
My wife and I had a wonderful visit to Punta Cana, our first time here. Jorge, the owner, was a wonderful help in answering all our questions and going the extra mile to help us with additional needs during our stay. His communication with us was excellent and prompt. Our deposit was returned to us before we arrived home. The condo itself was adequate for the two of us and the price a bargain. Being close to a market, several restaurants, and the beach all a big plus! Thanks to Jorge for a great value for our dollar.
This is a quiet condo community located just a couple blocks from the beach. It is also located next to the El Dorado Shopping Plaza which is home to a well-stocked small supermarket, a lovely bakery with free WiFi, a pharmacy, pet store, salon and a variety of restaurants. There is a fruit vendor up the street and a man selling fish and lobster from his motorcycle passes through the area periodically. My husband and I rented a condo for a wonderful week of beautiful weather, rest and relaxation. It was easy to book excursions online and have them pick us up at the nearby market or bakery. There was even a salon nearby (Ruth Spa) where we enjoyed a couple’s massage for $30 each. This was particularly appreciated after our surfing adventure and horseback riding...yes we went twice in one week.
The condo we rented was tastefully decorated and very comfortable (Homeway.com ~ #209894). The unit had free WiFi which was very convenient. The owner, Jorge, was responsive, honest and helpful in his communication. He provided maps as well as helpful recommendations. He resides in Florida but has property management in Punta Cana. Jorge also promptly refunded our rental deposit.
If you’re looking for lodging near the beach but away from the often crowded resorts, I would highly recommend renting this condo in this area. Happy travels!
We just came back from spending an excellent week in Punta Cana. We stayed at Jorge’s condo which is next to El Dorado shopping, the plaza is not a big place but you’ll find everything you’ll need from a grocery store to a bakery to some shops and restaurants. The beach is straight down the street about 1 ½ blocks, the location is great and quiet, since the place is separated into villas that have two or three units each it gave us a feeling of belonging, Jorge’s unit is towards the back which is more tranquil than those in the front. The unit was recently painted and refurnished and looks better than the pictures we saw, it has its own wifi which is great, since I had to send some emails back home. We took the airport transfers that Jorge offered and we’re glad we did, the driver was waiting for us outside holding a sign with our names no going loco in trying to get a taxi there. We truly had a wonderful time there, the beach and the people made it a fun and relaxing time, Jorge was just great responding to our emails and Todd the property manager was very friendly and helpful, we look forward to coming back in the near future and stay at this same condo. Our stay at Jorge's place was GREAT!.....the location is next to this shopping plaza that has everything you need.
The beach was a short walk away and it was simply amazing and so is the people, we had a great time.
