The master-bath has a beautiful new walk-in tiled shower with a glass wall and door. The entry and kitchen have new slate floors and new Corian countertops in the kitchen. Nearly all of the furnishings have been replaced and the bedroom furniture in both bedrooms is all new. The master bedroom has a new king bed and there are two new queen beds in the second bedroom. There are complimentary laundry facilities in the building. The location of this condo is fantastic. It sits right on Ski Time Square. You can walk out on the balcony and see the ski area base and South Valley all of the way to the Flattops. You can also see the entire Ski Time Square area. One can easily ski into the complex and eat lunch or rest before taking a short walk through an adjoining complex's walkways back to the slopes.
The complex has one of the few truly indoor swimming pools in Steamboat Springs. There is also an indoor and an outdoor hot tub and a sauna. If you prefer to work out, you can do so while watching your family below in the pool. Come ski the champagne powder on us and stay in a beautiful condo.
