Townhome, 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 14-15)

The 8th Street Suites is a newly-renovated, 3-level row house, with 4 bedrooms, 3 full and 1 half bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps 14 - 15 guests. The Master Suite contains a queen-sized bed with a private bathroom w/ 42in hdtv. Suite 2 also contains a queen-sized. Suite 3 contains two full beds. The lower lever has a 4th bedroom w/ a 42in hdtv and futon.

The property features a open kitchen, a set of washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, etc. We have also provided cable television and internet access.

The property is conveniently located just minutes from Downtown D.C. and downtown Silver Spring, Maryland. It is also minutes from Adams Morgan, Historical U street, the new DC convention center, etc.

The property boasts an open floor plan with gorgeous Aztec Cherry hardwood floors, recess lighting with French doors leading to a large outside deck. The property also has free off-street parking that accommodates 1 vehicle. Perfect for the corporate traveler or the visiting family. In addition, the property is managed by a very caring host who will do everything to make your stay even more accommodating. If there is any additional request we will do everything in our power to make your stay comfortable.

The property is with-in walking distance to Metro's Green/Yellow line Georgia Ave/Petworth station. This gives you access to the greater Metro DC area including Maryland and Virginia.

We loved our stay in this home! Everything was convenient, especially the bus stations. We were close to the deli, which made it easy for us to buy toilet paper, missing food items, and paper towels. And we had a great time! The TV downstairs was the only TV we used because it was the only room where we could all watch it together, which was a great experience! And we loved the rooms upstairs- great sized beds and plenty of room for all of us. We also really loved the kitchen area because it allowed us to prepare food while watching TV or while talking to others who were sitting at the dinner table. Thanks again for a wonderful stay, and thank you for your accommodation.

A Great Place To Stay

My family and I stayed here for three weeks over the holidays and we were very happy with our accommodations! First off, the place was spotlessly CLEAN, which is always a big deal to us. The property manager was great in answering any questions we had, promptly, during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the four of us. A big extra bonus was having a private parking space. It was a very nice place to stay while in DC!

No complaints of any kind with the property. It was a great location for all the day trips for my family of 8.
The unit proved great for us as sleeping, cooking and dining. I felt it was a great find compared to the other possibilities in the large regional area and will I will use this property again.

Very nice

We had rented this home for a week to do some sight seeing in the DC area. It was very hot during this week but the AC worked great in the house. It is a little far away from public transportation so we did end up driving and parking near a metro station every day. The home was very nice on the inside. Being an older home the floors upstairs were quite squeeky which made it hard to be quiet while others were sleeping. Over all we were happy with the house and it looks just like the pictures that were on the website. Ola was very nice to work with.
