This two-story cottage is bright, sunny and immaculate! It is located in a quiet woods right on the water, and includes a large beach area. You'll find our furnishings are cottage chic and pretty. You can sit inside to eat at a table for 6-8, or eat on the screened in porch with ceiling fan. The house is cooled with central air and has ceiling fans throughout. The outside deck is fenced and gated, allowing you peace of mind for your small children, while you sit in Adirondack chairs and enjoy sounds & sights of the birds, deer, and other wildlife. The outside shower at the base of the deck gives you a quick rinse off. A variety of books, games and videos are available for family together time. The first thing our guests say is 'Oh, my, it's beautiful!' The last thing they say is, 'We don't want to leave, but we'll be back!'

My family stayed at the cottage for a family vacation after my grandson graduated from high school. We all live so far away from each other so it was wonderful having so much room to be together. Vegas really was a hit with everyone, especially our son and daughter-in-law from Philadelphia who was missing their Lab,Ecco.The games, movies, and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen was a real surprise. And it was SO clean. Also so restful.The guys loved fishing from the dock while the 2 girls and I checked out Jefferson.We hope to go back again.

Thank you for a wondeful escape from the daily challenges of our life. The kids loved this place. My little one has cried for several days wanting to go back. Vegas made it feel like home, what a great dog. Hope to see you soon.
