Discounts are available for multi-month stays. Minimum 2 Month Stay Required. Included within the rental rates are: Utilities, 11% Florida tourist tax. Not included within the Rental Rate is: Golf Green fees, Exit cleaning fee and River Club Amernities Transfer $175. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
  • A $500 Deposit is required to hold the property. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. $500 Security deposit is required and will be returned with 10 days of departure if there are no damages. For cancellations more than 30 days before arrival there is a fee of $100. There are no refunds for cancellations of 30 days or less prior to arrival.
