Spectacular 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, mezzanine condo unit with direct ocean views and private beach access. Conveniently located on Millionaire's Row just minutes to South Beach or Bal Harbour. This large 1480 square foot split level unit has hardwood floors and marble throughout, with stainless steel appliances and all the required comforts of a beach vacation rental. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the unit also contains a full size washer and dryer. The large master suite has a king size bed, an extra large walk-in shower and a sunken tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a large full bathroom. The living room has a full size sofa and pull-out love seat sleeper. The living room and each bedroom also contain large color TV/DVDs with remote controls. There is a small library of books, VHS and DVD movies. High-speed Internet and full local and long distance phone service included; Beach towels, chairs and umbrella are also provided.

Guest Book:: Our family stayed at Peter's condo on the beach, and I must say it was spectacular. The location, the amenities, and the warm welcome that Peter gave us 'made' our vacation. We've rented villas in Florida before, but never had this quality of experience. The little 'extra' touches - like quality wineglasses & cookware, a full library of books and DVDs, beach chairs, toys, umbrellas - were spectacular. The condo itself was beautiful, with underground parking and a spacious lobby. The pool was warm and clear, and only steps to Miami Beach. I wanted to take the master bedroom (king size bed with feather duvet and crisp cotton sheets), and master bath (huge sunken tub -walk in shower) home with me! Of course, we'll have to settle for another, more lengthy, visit at the soonest possible opportunity! The kids enjoyed the second bedroom, and the very comfortable couch & pull-out sofa, too. If only we could spend every vacation this way! - Dawn Barker
