SAVED FROM STORM SANDY Walk to the beach any time of the day. Just three blocks away-1/2 mile to water. Relax with all the comforts of home at the shore. Clean comfortable brick beach house.1307 sq. ft. All the amenities you will need. Walk to the beach with your items in carts provided or drive down to the lot with the beach pass that is included.

Full outdoor bathroom is handy after a long day at the beach. Large deck for eating or just relaxing. Plenty of seating for deck and lawn relaxation. Large gas grill for family cook outs. Kitchen is fully equipped with new stove, large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, smoothie maker, Keurig machine, blender, waffle maker, sandwich maker, can opener, toaster oven, large slice toaster mixer, griddles, electric fry pan, crock pots, lobster pots, utensils, glassware and dishes.

All bathrooms include dispenser full of shampoo. conditioner, body-wash and liquid hand soap.

Bedrooms on the first floor have ceilng fans and portable fans. Loft has vent fans and portable fans. Bedrooms include pillows and comforters and mattress covers. Iron and board and cleaning supplies included. Living room has TV, DVD/VHS player, and WI-FI internet. Master Bedroom and Loft has a TV for playing DVD/VHS movies.

Many indoor and outdoor games. Beach supplies included are chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys, etc. Full outdoor bathroom for convenience from day at the beach.

Full basement has bathroom with shower, TV for playing DVD/VHS movies, video library with over 500 movie titles, air hockey and soccer tables , additional seating area.

Washer and dryer in basement for your convenience. Also outside clothesline for bathing suits and towels. Otdoor fire pit.
