New! GORGEOUS 2,400 sq. ft. Home with Private Heated Pool!

Welcome to our Oasis in the S.E. Valley at the base of a beautiful hiking mountain park. Located in a safe, manicured neighborhood.

If you need to unwind, relax or just plain have some fun, you have picked the right home. It is fully furnished with new, comfortable furniture, linens, iron/board, hairdryer, laundry facilities and more. I had YOU in mind while setting up this home!!

For the Gourmet cook we have a fully appointed kitchen, including: small appliances, cooking utensils, purified R/O water system, ice maker - basically everything you'd need. Stainless BBQ. (Don't bring your martini glasses/shaker or Margarita Maker) We have those too!

In this large home there are 4 bedrooms which have 2 queen beds,2 doubles and a single bed. Master bedroom has an outdoor balcony overlooking heated pool and views. 'Huge' ensuite with his/her sinks and a separate shower with seat and soaker tub. Backyard perfectly set up for entertaining. Grab the pool towels, toys and pool floaties that are available and have some fun. Enjoy piped in music while relaxing on the conversation seating or/and dining area outside. Too Hot? Double fans and lay back and cool off on the patio after a dip. Dine or just sit and watch the water features from the lighted pool at night and view the Mountains and awesome sunsets!

There are over 200 golf courses in the East Valley. Arizona has over 20 vineyards. Close by: Great Spa's, both Upscale and Outlet Shopping, Dining, Waterparks, Zoo, Horseback riding, Biking, Hiking and Sports Events Galore. At the home for your convenience I have a book listing all golf courses, shopping, restaurants, spa's, activities close by you'll want to use to make your vacation the best!

Great home!

Very well equiped home with all one needs for a great vacation. Heated pool a definate added benefit. Lovely private back yard, very secure with lots of seating space in & out of the sun. Wal-Mart within a couple miles, golf within a 7 minute drive, shopping centre within 15 minutes. Property was as described, clean, comfortable and well equiped. Had a problem with the TV lamp burning out but the owner had it looked after within just hours - absolutely excellent service! Native New Yorker restaurant & several fast food outlets within just a few minutes, San Tan Flat just 10 minutes away with great food and a great place for kids to enjoy. We had a wonderful vacation & highly recommend this home.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Families with Young Children

My wife stayed here two years ago for a week , and returned this year and stayed for two weeks, and felt very comfortable in this beautiful home. The owners called after we arrived to make sure everything was OK, and told us to contact them if we needed anything.
We had a very relaxing holiday, with all the comforts of home. If you are looking for somewhere to unwind or like to entertain, this is the place for you. There was five of us the first week, and four of us the second week , and there was plenty of room.
We will certainly be returning again in the near future.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

From the very first time we we walked into the home we felt at home. The house was spotless and just waiting for us. There was nothing else to bring but our clothes and bathing suits to enjoy the awesome back yard which I found to be paradise. We have enjoyed the house for the past three years and are looking forward to many more. There are so many great places to eat and shop within a short distancethat it is hard to pick any out.
The owners of the house are the best people to deal with, honest and very very helpful.

My wife and I rented this house and were more than pleased. Great location , close to shopping, hiking trails, resturants, golf and more.
The photo's difinetly show you what to expect , you won't be disappointed, and there was everything we needed at our fingertips. It is a very clean and well kept property.
We received a call after we arrived from the owner , asking us if everything was OK, and told us to call them if we needed anything.
If you are looking for a very confortable place where you can kick back and relax, unwind or entertain , look no further. We used the heated pool everyday, listening to the music on the outdoor speakers, , relaxing on the loungers, with the misters on.
I would recommend this property to all my Relatives and Friends. We are looking forward to returning again, to hopefully stay for a longer time.
