This is a trendy area of Condado, right in the heart of restaurants and boutique style shops. Perfect combination for business or leisure easy access from the airport and within 40 steps away from the beach. Studio is fully furnished with contemporary furniture, fully equipped kitchen for short term or long term stay. The apartment has partial view of ocean and El Yunque (rain forest). With 500 square feet of area, the studio accommodates comfortably a family of 4 and or ideal for the traveling executive. Ashford Imperial counts with 24 hour security and front desk, laundry room and gym for the residents and guests. It has a pool in the main floor for enjoying the sun. Parking space can be provided at an additional charge.

  • Damage deposit of $250.00 is required.

    Reservation: To reserve your dates a damage deposit of $250.00 (refundable) is required. An advance payment equal to 50% of the total rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The final 50% of the total rent is due thirty(30) days prior to your arrival date.

    For reservation within the sixty (30) days reservation period, payment in full is required.

    Payment is collected in the following manner:
    Money orders, certified checks and credit cards are all acceptable forms of payment.
    If a credit card is used, a 2.99% transaction fee will be added.

    If decide on my apartment there is a short term lease that must be read/signed and returned to me by mail or fax with a copy of driver license or valid photo ID.
