Our property has 3 different apartments for short-term rents. Our 1 bedroom is great for a small family and costs less than a hotel. Write us for more information. Property has a large pool and a hot tub, as well as a laundry room. All apartments have air conditioning, ceiling fans, TVs with Cable and HBO, DVD's, Internet access, full-sized kitchens and dining areas. The common area includes a large pool, hot tub, terrace for BBQ and laundry facilities. It's just a five-minute walk to the beach, with Jobos, Shacks, and Montones beaches a very short drive away. It's a ten to 15-minute drive to Wilderness and CrashBoat beaches and 2 water parks. A 2 min drive from the property will take you to a guided horseback riding tour along a deserted beach. And a surf shop, where you can rent surfing and scuba gear is very close by

Besides all of the beach activities available nearby. We are about 45 min. away from the Arecibo Observatory which is the largest radio telescope in the world and has as an ongoing project to search for extraterrestrial life and has been features in several films. It is also about 30 min. away from the Camuy Caves which provides tours through a very complete underground cave system.

Notes: There is a common terrace off of the large pool which also has the hot tub, hammock, charcoal grill and a teak table that seats 6. There are also bathrooms to be used by people using the pool or hot tub that are wet and a laundry room all closely located and available to everyone.

My husband and i stood here for our honey moon. We loved it. The place was clean and well kept! Also the person who looks over the place was very kind and helpful!

The owner Rick was really nice. The property was very clean and everyone was friendly. I really enjoyed my time this was a fabulous expierence. I would recommend Rick's place to anyone and everyone.
