Just walk out your front door to the Gondola and ride for free to skiing or shopping. The benefits of this home's location are endless - from its proximity to the slopes to its extraordinary views of the mountain.

The soaring ceilings of this luxury home frame a beautiful living space highlighted by a natural stone, floor to ceiling hearth, as well as big, comfy furniture for lounging in front of the fire after a long day of skiing, and a modern, open kitchen with granite countertops, eat-in bar, stainless steel appliances, gas range, and extensive windows to view the winter panorama which surrounds you. A formal dining area seats 10-12 comfortably. The large master bedroom suite is situated by itself on the 3rd floor of this split-floor plan, and enjoys a gorgeous view of Peak 8 from its private balcony.

Awesome house, great skiing!

We loved our stay at this exceptional home. It is unbelievably convenient - -short walk to the gondola to get to either Peaks 7 & 8 or to ride into the center of downtown, makes it fast on and off the mountain and easy to come in for a quick lunch. Each bedroom has a bath making it perfect for each family member. The house is in pristine condition. We had 2 parents, and kids 18.16, and 13 and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

The house was in great shape. It was both close to the gondola to get to and from the slopes as well as close to town. I would definitely stay their again.

This was our first stay in Breckenridge. The house is in great condition, the pictures don't do it justice!! Very close to the gondola, less then 100 yards, an easy walk with skis and equipment. The house is also close to town, only about a 3 minute drive!! I would definately reccomend.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
