Our beautiful 160m²/1725sqft villa is located on an quiet cul-de-sac minutes from Cape Coral´s Yacht Club community park and beach. It includes a master suite with king size bed and a workplace where you can leave your computer stuff. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third room has two twin beds. The kitchen comes fully equipped and has plenty of counter space for preparing meals and a pass-through to the patio. Our vacation home comes with all the amenities you need like Sat-TV in two rooms, BOSE entertainment system, books, games and of course WiFi.

Enjoy the gorgeous Florida sunsets in the back yard while barbecuing and dining, or relaxing in the heated pool, or just lounging in the deck chairs on the screened-in patio which overlooks two canals. Enjoy sunbathing and fishing from the boat dock or rent our 21´Hurricane Sundeck Outboard boat (not included) to explore the Caloosahatchee River or nearby islands and beaches.

This is truly your home away from home!

If you want to you can rent our 21´ Hurricane Sundeck Outboarder which brings you in an few minutes to the Gulf of Mexico. Our house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac minutes from Cape Coral´s Yacht Club community park and beach. It is also nest to restaurants, shopping centers and last but not least to the bridge which leads to Ft. Myers.

Golf: Everyone knows that our area is a paradise for golfers. There are some golf courses in Cape Coral and 40 more of all kinds in the whole area. Try it!

  • Price is valid for 2 adults. Every additional adult 50$ / week and every child up to 12 yrs. 25$ / week.
    Prices for other numbers of guests, daily and monthly rates upon request.

    The boat rental is 400 USD for the 3-days-minimum. Every additional day 100 USD plus 6% salestax and 200 USD for a mandatory professional orientation which lasts about three hours.
    There is a discount for rentals a week and up.
  • The price includes 20 USD/week for the electricity.

    The final cleaning is 100 USD.

    6 % sales tax and 5% tourist tax have to be added.
  • 300 USD security deposit for the house and 1,000 USD for the boat has to be paid.

This Ohio family escaped the cold of Cleveland for a week of baseball and R&R in sunny Cape Coral. The house was comfortable enough, but it has the added advantage of being in a VERY quiet neighborhood, at the intersection of 2 beautiful canals. There's nothing like sitting by the pool at 8AM with the morning paper & a cup of coffee, listening to the fish jumping out of the water to start your day! Thanks to Martina & Caroline for helping to make our week great!

Superb accommodations for peaceful vacation!!!!

We spent an wonderful "girls weekend" at this beautiful location - and could not have been more pleased with our accommodations!!!! The pictures are very accurate and up to date! This home is extremely spacious and very, very nicely decorated! The king master suite - at one end of the home - provides comfort and absolute peace and serenity!! The other two bedrooms which share a full bath are both spacious and very comfortable for two persons each. The living room and dining room are warm and welcoming. The lanai and pool are simply incredible!!! Sunrise and sunset from the pool area are great memories! This location provides very easy access to Cape Coral Parkway and all of the major roads traveling in and out of the area. Stores, gas stations, and restaurants are very close. Beaches are within a 5 minute car ride - or a 20 minute bike ride!!! They too, are wonderful!!! If you are seeking a well-represented home for your vacation, I would highly recommend this venue! Caroline, the property manager, will be more than just helpful in making your visit a great vacation! She was truly a great asset for us!!!! Hope your stay is as amazing as ours was! We definitely look forward to a return trip!!!

Great vacation stay

Our family bsrtayed at Martina's for a family reunion and had a great time. The neighborhood was quiet and the views were great as we were situated at the intersection of two canals. Caroline, the property manager, was very helpful and an excellent person. Thanks Martina!.
