  • Rate / weekend night $300; Rate / week night $275; Rate / week $1,350
  • 25% deposit required at reservation. Balance due 30 days before arrival.
  • Cancellation Policy: Must cancel 30 days before arrival date to avoid a charge of 25% of total balance.
    A security deposit of $275 applies and is refundable after property is inspected for damage or loss.

spacious condo

We are a family with 3 teens. The condo is huge and everyone had their own space. Its right next to the beach, very scenic! The sound of the waves are awesome. Not far from Shacks beach and Aguadilla. We also took a day trip to Cabo Rojo. Just make sure you have food in the fridge during the week. We were looking for a restaurant within the area on a week nite and found out nothing was open that we can tell, so we had breakfast for dinner, no complaints here! anyway, very nice place to stay otherwise.

Great Holiday Vacation Rental

My husband and I rented this beautiful condo for two weeks during Christmas vacation in Dec. 2010. We were very happy with our stay. It exceeded our expectations with the outstanding views of the ocean right outside our two balconies. The condo is very spacious and just as described here. We had plenty of room for ourselves and friends who joined us for a few days. They were just as impressed with the lovely views. It is by far much better than any hotel in the area.

I would definetly stay here again on my next visit to Isabela and would recommend it to everyone.

Great home away from home!

We loved staying at this vacation rental. The place totally lived up to the photos in the description. We are a couple with a young child so this apt was more than roomy for us. I wouldn't hesitate to come here with a larger party though. The main floor sleeps 4, and the upstairs sleeps another 2, so this place could easily accommodate 2 couples or a larger family.

The owner Yamilette was very responsive during the reservation process and also very responsive after we arrived. I am surprised this place isn't booked year-round. The beach is RIGHT THERE, and everything else is tip-top. Don't hesitate to book this rental!

Great rental!

The rental property and location is excellent. This oceanfront apartment has two great balconies – one on the main floor and a larger one on the second floor. You can wake up and look out at the beautiful ocean. The beach is a surfer’s beach, but there is a great swimming location within a 10-15 minute walk (or a couple of minutes by car). My family and I really enjoyed swimming in that area (nice for snorkeling since there were plenty of tropical fish to see). All locals were very friendly and let us know of different swimming beaches nearby. We also visited a restaurant a few blocks away which was very tasty and resonable priced.

The apartment itself was very clean and has everything you need. Each bedroom/living area has its own air conditioning unit; and all beds were comfortable. The property is clean and has a pool and a playground for those traveling with kids. It is a gated property and is conveniently located next to a small gas station/convenience store.

The owners are very nice and set up a time/place to meet to provide the apartment keys. I wish our stay would have been longer. I definitely recommend this rental.

Excellent weekend!!

The property was on an excellent location near Jobo's beach in Isabela. It was spacious, clean and well suited for a group from 5 to 7 persons. The 3 full bathrooms is a hit for big groups and all rooms hace A/C. I will definitivelly recomend this apartment for its location, amenities and spacious apartment.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
