Tastefully appointed large 5 bedroom family home with large pool & Jacuzzi. Only 1 mile to Hendry's Beach and 5 miles to Down Town. Beautiful Italian tile surrounds the private pool which looks out at the Mountains and has a distant view of the SB Mission. Both the living room and additional family room have fireplaces. Dining room, kitchen and family room overlook the pool. Master suite has walk-in closet, attached bath and Cal. King. Three room have Queen beds, and 1 room has two twins. Very comfortable Queen sleeper in family room.

Amazing and Comfortable House!

I stayed here with a group of friends (group of 11) for my birthday in April. The house was everything we had hoped for and more. I spent weeks trying to find a comfortable, nicely located house with a great backyard for a decent price until finally finding this gem. Upon arriving that Friday, it immediately felt like home. The living room was large enough for the whole group to play games and the dining room table was large enough for everyone to sit together. The backyard was very nice and well kept with a pretty mountain view. The heated pool and jacuzzi were a great touch (although we could not figure out how to get the jets going so I'm not sure if there are jets). I thought the house was actually nicer than the pictures - it was very clean and cozy (had climate control in every room). The master bedroom in particular was great because it had a huge walk in closet and connecting bathroom. Hilary was easy to work with - I'd definitely stay here again or recommend it!

Wonderful Stay; Great House; Great Location

Sweet, cozy house. My family & I (11 of us) stayed very comfortably. The kids had a great time in the pool. The house has a wonderful view of the Santa Barbara hills and is well-located (close to beach and downtown). The house is located in a sweet, quiet neighborhood. This house is wonderful for a large family group. We had a great, relaxed stay.

Hilary, the owner, is accommodating and easy to work with. All around a wonderful experience. We'll do it again!

A group of 12 of us from across the country gathered for a girl's weekend in Santa Barbara and stayed at the Crestline house and it was absolutely perfect! Given the size of our group, I was concerned about having enough space and this worked perfectly. Plenty of sleeping space, and still room for relaxing as well! The house was clean, everything we could have needed was available and the pool/spa area was wonderful! The views from the backyard were great. House is close to all that downtown Santa Barbara has to offer, an easy drive or inexpensive cab ride as well. Hilary was great to work with, very responsive and accommodating! Would highly recommend this house to anyone!

The place was clean, roomy and very comfortable. Everyone spent a lot of time in the fantastic hot spa. Pool was too chilly due to the cool temps. So great to have a washer and dryer at hand. Enjoyed going to the beach which was close to the home. It worked out well to eat in, rather than getting a large crowd to agree on where to eat. We will definitely stay here again. Hilary is most anxious to please.

LOVELY HOME! We really enjoyed our stay!

We spent three nights at this gorgeous house. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub and grilling on the patio. Hilary was very helpful. The home is perfect, the backyard is very beautiful and private. The house is close to everything, quiet, comfortable, tastefully decorated and has all of the amenities. We highly recommend it!
