This new development is centered in the heart of Playa Hermosa and sits high enough on the hill to afford beautiful views of Peninsula Papagayo and the ocean beyond. The beach is minutes from the front door and there are numerous restaurants nearby. Within the development is a restaurant/bar, first-aid, grocery store, spa, and a pool with two slides. Playa Coco is minutes away and provides additional dining and night life. Arenal and other volcanoes are three-four hours drive and there are numerous surf and kite-board beaches nearby. Rest, relax and get away, or venture out for all of the activities Costa Rica has to offer. Your choice!

    We have a sister unit right next door if you would like to have more people stay with you.
    Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
  • A deposit made 60 days in advance requires a 50% payment at time of booking. Less than 60 days requires full payment. Up to a 50% refund may available for cancellations 30 days prior to arrival date. No refund is available for reservations of less than 2 weeks.
    Change fee of $150 if greater than 2 weeks, except Christmas, New Years, Spring Break & Easter

We stayed in Playa Hermosa at Alegra De Casa 34 in April '09. The accomodations could not have been better. Thoroughly enjoyed the view (hillside and above the treeline), the deck and pool, and everything about the condo. Very tastefully decorated and decked out with everything we needed for a week of relaxation. Always felt safe and got great service from the local property rental agents. Be sure to read the guest book upon arrival for tips on where to eat and fun stuff to do. Can't wait to get back to Playa Hermosa and would definitely stay here again.
