This Orlando area villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a private pool and spa. The villa is located nearby I-4 for easy access to major theme parks. The villa is fully furnished and is beautifully decorated in 2008. It has central air conditioning throughout the villa and is well equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need in your own home Outside the villa, there is a private swimming pool, spa and a large pool deck with ample space for dining and relaxing. The pool can be heated and the pool area is screened to protect you from insects. The Solana community which includes a clubhouse with a gym, games room, cyber cafe and many other facilities and is fast becoming the most sought after community in the Orlando Disney area. The villa has a luxurious, yet welcoming and homely feel that makes it perfect for a vacation in Florida. Our spacious villa has been furnished to a high standard throughout and will easily sleep 8-10.

I meant to send this sooner but got busy with going back to work after vacation. I wanted to let you know we truly enjoyed the home! It was fantastic! We loved the fact that it was right across from the Club House as well. Our kids liked the home so much that they looked forward to returning home after the day at the parks! I made sure to leave the home sparkling clean when we left. It was also very nice having the washer and dryer too!

Thank you so much for opening your home to us to rent. It was great and we would definitely do it again. It was actually kind of bittersweet leaving, my girls said they will miss “the Benjamin”, yes they named the home “the Benjamin”…. They like doing that. They also named the van we rented “Helen!” Ha. Ha.

We stayed here during Christmas for our Disney family vacation, the bedrooms were very clean. The kids loved the private heated pool. The pool heat is worth it in December. A few gentlemen in our family golfed at the Champion’s Gate golf course a few minutes away and loved it. It was a great golf course, and we got first class treatment there too! We will definitely book again. -- The Casey Family

This villa was very nice and clean. There were two couples with children and everyone had their own space. It was nice to be able to get up and cook breakfast instead of figuring out a place to go out to. A hotel would have cost us a fortune and we got this house an excellent rate. I would definitely go back to this villa.

The service we received from guest services was perfect. They promptly met all of our requests.

Having a washer and dryer was perfect. We all went home with clean laundry.

Just a few minutes from the house, there is a Walgreen, a grocery store, an Applebee’s restaurant and Disney theme parks are only 15 minutes away.

I definitely like renting Villa Houses better than hotels now. You get so much more for your money.

The villa is very clean and has plenty of towels. The community is very quiet
and relaxing. Our kids liked the private pool very much. The Publix Supermarket is very close and the Disney theme parks is only a short ride away. This is a great place to stay when visiting the Disney area! Thanks again. Susan Smith and Family, Leeds, AL
