Legacy villa are next door to the La Quinta Resort & Spa. If you're looking for a private luxury condo with all the conveniences and activities of a resort. You just found it! This is a brand-new, two-bedroom, two-bath villa with Free high speed Internet. This villa is stunning, and just a 5 minute walk from the resort. You have full access to the Resort and Club, including Spa, and golf privileges here. You also have access to the 14 Legacy pools and 12 spas, Legacy Gym and Legacy club house right here at the villas. This unit has: One King bed, One Queen bed, and One Queen Sofa bed This location is perfect, and the La Quinta Resort is the most desirable resort out here! But, You will not pay resort prices here. The hotel charges upwards of $600 a night for a one room. I can rent you my two-bedroom, two-bath private villa for less than half of that!

Short walk to pools and spas. There are 2 patios here, one off each bedroom with mountain views. The larger one has a good sized outdoor dining table for six. There are also a number of new stainless steel BBQ’s, outdoor lounges, and fireplaces in the common grounds areas, not far from this unit.

About us: Palm Springs is a 30 minute drive away, were 10 minutes from Palm Desert and the famous Living Desert zoo and gardens. Do not forget Joshua Tree National Park for an awesome family experience. Legacy Villa Resort is right next door (walking distance) to the Famous La Quinta Resort with 5 golf courses, 14 pools and a world class spa with great restaurants too. Outdoor music entertainment at the La Quinta resort plaza is available for your enjoyment multiple nights a week.
