Master Bedroom Suite w/ Queen Bed and walk in closet. Second Suite is designed as an office/bedroom with a walk-in closet. This suite will be converted to a full bedroom upon request. There is a Washer/Dryer in the unit. Enjoy city views from 3 rooms, and the terrace. There is one garaged parking space and a caged storage area included. Olympic size lap pool w/ hot tub and tropical surroundings, high end full gym, much more included - too many amenities to list. Very friendly residents with a considerate and laid back feeling. Walk to Marina, restaurants, shops, performing arts, galleries, park etc. Short drive to Siesta Key and Lido beaches, and golf.     Rental rate includes all building amenities, Comcast Cable TV with DVR, wireless broadband Internet, local telephone service, and electricity. Any additional Comcast services or telephone services will be paid by the owner and deducted from the security deposit.
    Note: The Tax Rate may be applied, depending on the length of stay, based on City of Sarasota Regulations
  • A non-refundable $100.00 Application Fee, and a $500.00 Security Deposit are required upon submission of a completed application by the 1350 Main Condominium Assoc. Inc. This fee is to be collected by the unit owner at the time of application.
    Upon execution of a final short term lease agreement and prior to occupancy a $1,000.00 security deposit and the full rental rate including any applicable taxes for the term of the lease must be paid by a cashier's check (or the equivalent) to the property owner.
    An annual lease will require the same application fees as stated above. In addition two months rent will be required depending on the lease beginning and end dates.

My husband and I rented out this condo for an extended business trip. The unit is modern in decor and very well equipped. The view from the terrace was outstanding and a great place to unwind after a long day.
The location can't be beat, with a number of outstanding restaurants and shops right outside the door.
The condo has many amenities to take advantage of for work and for play.
We will recommend this property to all of our friends and colleagues.
