Located within Palmetto Dunes and accessed via the South Gate, our villa is the perfect spot to enjoy time away with family and friends. Newly renovated community pool is 1 minute from front door. Deck on back of unit overlooks 9th fairway of golf course makes property perfect place for outdoor activities including dining as well as grilling. Beach access is available via short bike ride along bike path or 3 minute drive to community club house (Disney Club House) where parking is available. Two bikes are available at unit and others can be rented within Palmetto Dunes
