Lots of things to do!!: The property is situated in a quiet, pleasant, residential neighborhood that is only one half block to Lake Calhoun. The Lake offers running and walking paths, bike paths, award winning tot lot, fishing, swimming, and canoe and boat rental to explore the famous chain of lakes. It is 4 houses from the city bus line, only 5 blocks from restaurants, grocery store, shopping and entertainment of Uptown commercial district, 3 miles to the Minneapolis Convention Center and 4-5 miles to the University of Minnesota. It is also one-half block from historic streetcar that goes to the Lake Harriet bandshell for nightly concerts in summer.
