You can enjoy the many activities the Palm Springs/Coachella Valley has to offer from golf, afternoon shopping or indulging in the desert atmosphere from the views of the Santa Rosa Mountains, popular casinos and live entertainment shows or just take it easy with a relaxing evening in. The most popular Empire Polo Fields are mere minutes away. The perfect place for couples or families to visit the desert and see all it has to offer.

Indio, CA is a great Southern California vacation spot! Surrounded by 3 mountain ranges the Coachella Vallley has at least 350 days of sunshine per year making it very hard to postpone days of fun. Landmark Golf at Terra Lago (just north of the residence 5 min) is one of the premier Golf Courses most recentlyused for the PGA Skins game.

The Fantasy Springs Casino is just a mile away and has all of the top acts performing there. Also, the Empire Polo Fields, where many of the music festivals are held is just 10 mins away.

A group of us just stayed here during the Stagecoach Music Festival and it was perfect! The home is absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. The location was wonderful for the festival and everyone had a great time. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Indio for a long weekend.

This was a very very nice place. We enjoyed our stay down in the Valley.
The home was very clean and nicely keep home. Next time we visit the area we would love to stay again. It was a great location close to everything even the golf and casino. Very private and quite just how we like it. If you stayed here you would be happy. They were very nice to us even leaving a couple of bottles of wine out for us.

Winter Get Away

Just finished a two week stay at this wonderful spacious, clean and well maintained residence. Was able to attend the College of the Desert Market (which was fabulous) with all their stalls. Weather was great, averaged about 68 degrees. It was great being able to go to the clubhouse and use their exercise equipment and then relaxe in the hot tub. We rented a small car as to be able to go to the outlet mall at Cabazon, Desert Hot Springs, and Joshua Tree National Park. All in all we would recommend this home as a great get away.

A great escape!

We just got back from nine days in Indio. What an excellent location! Not far from Palm Springs and close enough for a visit or two to the Los Angeles area and the beautiful beaches on the coast.

The house was large and comfortable with a private back yard for our morning coffee. We also took full advantage of the pool and hot-tub at the club-house in the evenings. That was very relaxing after a busy day of sight-seeing and activities.

There was plenty of shopping nearby and no shortage of entertainment available as the casinos in the area were all providing top-notch acts throughout our stay.

It was a great escape and we’re already looking forward to a return visit.

Location, location, location

We were delighted with the home, the location and the property. The home was as advertised and the owner responded immediately to our few questions. It is a very comfortable home and it was very clean and well maintained. The rooms are all a very good size.
The beds were very comfortable and the home was tastefully decorated. The North American phone availability and high speed internet were great. It is close to shopping and golf courses. Also the closeness of the clubhouse and pool were great when the temperatures averaged 110 for the ten days that we were there.
We certainly recommend this property
