The 3-wall glass views from the 12th floor spacious living room starts the tour of the wonderful beach condo, floor to ceiling windows on 3 walls looking out to the beach or famous Tops’L Preserve. Sit in the comfort of our many chairs & sofas watching TV or eating lunch w/all the views the place has to offer. Sit & eat, drink & talk with family & friends around the table or in the living room all with the view just a few feet away. The living room also has full glass doors that open on to each of the master bedroom balconies; so if someone is sleeping in the bedrooms, you will not need to bother them to go out to either deck. Two of the chairs are sleeper chairs for night time sleeping to use as 4th sleeping area. And ladies and gentlemen you won’t be far from all the discussion if you’re in the kitchen. It is all open to the living room with just a bar & bar stools between you. The kitchen includes the full laundry room & all major appliances and kitchen needs for a great vacation

The kitchen is part of the open space of our luxury condo with everything you need and still be part of the festivities as breakfast, lunch, and diner are prepared. You can see the main balcony area and even call out for drink orders to those sunning themselves on the huge Sun-and-Shade deck just to the left. The other private balcony for our second master bedroom is perfect for 2 or 3 during early morning sunrises and coffee with a view. Picture this at our condo! Both master bedrooms look out to the preserve and the beach. You can wake up and see the ocean from your bed. Hear the waves at night which will gently put you to sleep after a long wonderful day at play.

Our oversized “Sun-and-Shade” balcony is the next unique amenity which separates our unit from others. It is 12 by 15 feet and comes with morning and early afternoon sun exposures and incredible views of the beach and the Tops’L Preserve. It is perfect for private sunbathing to stay near your baby or children napping & playing inside. Sure you’ll want to go down to the heated pool or beach you look over from the balcony when the kids or husband gets ready, but ladies you can sunbath all morning & past noon if you want. Your entire family can be on the deck at the same time & no problems with space. We have plenty of stacked loungers for your whole crew for sunning. There is also table & seats to eat outside or have happy hour drinks discussing evening plans for dinner. All of this with the gorgeous view of the endless beach. No high-rises are in your way to see down the beach. There are only 7 beach front houses & no other buildings for many miles. The 12th floor is a perfect view.

Golf: What else will help you choose our condo over the many others? Well we provide many of the extras, others just don’t. We realize your family is coming down to the beach with limited luggage and space. We try to have many things in our condo so you don’t have to bring them with you. A “Pack-n-Play” and highchair for the baby or young child, an x-box for the older children with many suitable games for rainy weather or just waiting for lunch or dinner. What else you ask? - A TV in every room (DVD players with kid’s movies and Hollywood blockbusters for the adults.) How about a box of sand toys, many of which come from previous guests so we are always surprised with the neat shovels and buckets we find at the end of every season. Because we have listened to our guests, our condo comes with basic supplies, like spices and salt and pepper shakers that most others just don’t provide.
