The villa is located in Garajau considered a distinguished area due the nice villas around where the great majority upper class people live. 1 Km away from restaurants, bars, kiosks, supermarkets, Rent-a Car and 2,5 Km from Caniço.

The villa is located in Garajau considered a distinguished area due the nice villas around where the great majority upper class people leave. Close to the centre of Funchal, only 12 minutes by car, to reach the town of the capital of Madeira Island near the villa 5 minutes walking, you can find restaurants and take away, rent a car, pharmacy, supermarket, laundry, coffee shop, etc. Today it's possible to profit the new cable car where can en enjoy the sea side beach. The Cristo Rei area, is considered a unique zen (charkas) place in the world, very famous.
