This amazing town home is situated in the heart of downtown Austin right off of Shoal Creek with amazing views of the Capitol building and downtown. It features a dramatic wall of over sized plate glass windows in the main living area surrounded by gorgeous trees. You feel like you are living in a super luxurious tree-house! Enjoy all that downtown Austin has to offer then return home to unwind on the rooftop deck hot-tub. You could also stay inside and enjoy the 50' plasma TV with surround sound or access the Internet via the wi-fi enabled broadband cable. This house, designed by Joel Mozersky a local designer, is decorated in an Austin contemporary style that contrasts nicely with the surrounding Austin views.

We loved, loved, loved this amazing house! Our group of 7 stayed for SXSW and we had an awesome time. This house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and unique. Everything you could ever need was provided in this property. The location was perfect, we could walk to downtown in about 15 minutes. Austin Java was just steps away from the front door and Whole Foods was about a 10 minute walk. Dealing with the owners was a pleasure and they made us feel very welcome. We hope to visit Austin again really soon.....we only hope that this house is available.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers
