Amazing replica of a 3/4 Nantucket Federal Colonial on 1 acre of land w/a 1920's bungalow. Located on historic 6a in Brewster. The main house was est. in 2007 and has 4 bdrms/2 bths. The bungalow was built in 1920 and has been completely updated & consists of 2 bdms/1 bth. The house is decorated with tasteful decor and is absolutely stunning. There is a commercial kitchen w/6-burner viking stove, farmers sink, & soap stone counters. The bathroom is to die for with a claw foot tub & river rock floor in the glass steam shower. It also has a separate dining room & sitting area. There is custom bead board & hardwood floors throughout both houses. A glorious herb garden for the chef. This is a perfect rental for a large family, reunion, or wedding party. Wonderful large yard with plantings and stone walls set the backdrop for this fabulous property. Set in the perfect location for a walk or bike to Brewster General Store, Village Market, Ladies Library or Robbins Hill Beach.

  • The main house consists of a total of 4 bedrooms with 2 large and 2 small. Both of the large bedrooms have queen sized beds. One of the small bedrooms has bunk-beds and the other a double bed. There is also a separate sitting/office on the first floor that has a sleep sofa. This room is separate from the living room. The bungalow has 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has 2 twin beds. There is also a front to back living room that can accommodate a queen sleeper sofa.
