If you’ve been dreaming of a beautiful, luxurious villa in a secluded, tropical location – just steps from the beach - then this is the perfect vacation home for you. Walk out the terrace of this magnificent villa, and your feet will touch the sand! There are few houses in Costa Rica that can boast this beach access. This beautiful home is located in the exclusive gated community, Tango Mar, and its thoughtful design allows the cool ocean breezes to flow throughout the house. Tango Mar Beach and Golf Resort features a 3 and 4 par, nine-hole golf course in a beautiful tropical setting 250 feet from the beach.

The living room has comfortable furniture including a large built-in sofa. The kitchen is very well equipped kitchen with a commercial gas range/ oven, cappuccino maker, blender, portable drink cooler, beverage fridge and dinnerware for 20. You will enjoy entertaining family and friends at the open air ocean view dining table. The design of the home allows for the soothing ocean breezes to flow throughout. Air conditioning is available, but the ceiling fans are usually sufficient to keep the air fresh and cool.

The master bedroom is accessed via a staircase with skylight. This spacious room has a king-size bed and large ocean view deck. Sliding glass doors lead to the whirlpool tub, adjacent to the bathroom and shower. A separate staircase leads to the two upstairs bedrooms with large terrace with spectacular views of the azure sea and sky. There are three bedrooms upstairs. One is the guest master suite, which has a king-size bed and jucuzzi style whirlpool tub. There are two bedrooms downstairs that open directly to the ocean-front terrace.

A computer and Internet Access are available for you to keep in touch with the “real” world – or just turn off the technology and enjoy the Costa Rican way of life.

Tango Mar Beach and Golf Resort is laid out over gently rolling grounds and across the cliffs above the ocean, the resort's neatly groomed, 9-hole par 3 and 4 Executive Golf Course gives you a great day's play in the tropical surroundings of palm trees and exotic birds.
