The 3,400 square foot Riverfront Home features a peaceful setting and provides a perfect venue for a relaxing vacation base or corporate executive retreat. Comfortably sleeping up to 10, the large living and formal dining areas provide ample meeting space and the family room with wet bar and two fireplaces a cozy evening retreat. The Riverfront Home offers a variety of recreational activities including fishing from a private patio/dock area located on the Sacramento River. The Riverfront Home also features a full outside kitchen, which includes, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator for those evening barbecues and fish fry’s.
