Live in an ENORMOUS 3000 sq ft floor thru apartment! You're not going to find anything like this in Manhattan!

Walk into a marbled foyer with a baby grand piano. Prepare a gourmet meal in a true chef's kitchen with top of the line appliances including a sub-zero refrigerator. Go soak in one of the 2 jacuzzi's, or relax in front of a plush Italian leather sectional in front of a 50 inch flat screen TV.

This apartment is absolutely beautiful. You will be impressed with what you see. I can safely say that it actually looks better in person than in pictures. Price includes all utilities, linens and towels, cable and high speed interent.

The neighborhood is lively with tons of shops and restaurants. You can find a restaurant that serves almost any type of food you can think of within walking distance. Close to buses and trains, walking distance to the empire state building, the chrysler building, gramercy park, etc.

Ideal location for touring; close to both a "neighborhood" store AND a larger grocery store to stock up on anything from water/snacks to dinner if you choose to utilize the chef's kitchen. Great layout/space for a family or group of friends.

What a wonderful well appointed,spacious, comfortable
apartment. Centrally located in a residential area with restaurants grocery stores and shopping all within walking distance. The only concern about the apartment is it is above a restaurant/bar (which is very good)but patrons gather in the street til 4 am and are very loud. If this bothers sleepers you may move to the back rooms where you can't hear a thing. I will be renting this place again and again...

This place was such a great find for a group on 9 girls getting away for a few days. It was close to everything. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep and get ready. It had a wonderful pizza place downstairs and a little store on the corner where we could get whatever we needed for groceries. Plenty of restaurants and bars around. The place exceeded my expectations. It was so much better than having to split up our group in hotel rooms. It was our home away from home. Hope to meet up with my friends again at this place.
