Beautifully remodeled fully furnished condo overlooking the 17th fairway of the Gordon Lewis championship golf course at Cypress Woods Golf and Country Club in Naples, Florida. Great view of the surrounding lake with a western lanai view of beautiful sunsets. This property is just off I-75, minutes from Vandebilt Beach, with plenty of shopping close by and great restaurants less than 10 minutes away.

The club house has fine dining, fitness center, tennis courts, pool and spa.

The apartment was constructed in 2003 and renovated in 2008 with granite counter tops, crown moulding, HD flat screen TVs in family room and each bedroom, built in under counter wine cooler, and much more. Truly a home away from home.

First time offering !!!: Be the first one to rent this recently renovated 1,300 square feet third floor unit. This is the first time this unit is offered for rent since originally built in 2003 and sparingly used by the original owner as as seasonal winter second home.

The unit has magnificent views of the 17th hole fairway and green as it sits at about the 100 yard marker with a lake in the background. With a westernly orientation, you will enjoy outstanding sunsets as the suns sets over the Gulf of Mexico, less than five miles from your unit.

Wonderful Vacation. Would Stay Here Again.

I enjoyed a wonderful vacation in Naples, FL. The codo provided excellent accommodations. The unit appeared to be in new and extremely clean conditions. Furniture and appliances all seemed to be new. Cypress Woods was centrally located to several golf courses, the beach and several shopping and dinning options. I enjoyed playing the Cypress Woods course and had several dinners at the club house. Unit owners were highly accommodating and went above and beyond to make my stay a pleasant one. I am looking forward to spending my next vacation here again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
