Beautiful, newly remodeled condo at the outrigger's Royal Kahana. New granite counter tops and new cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. Spacious 2 bedroom with 1141 square feet of living area. It is fully equipped with TVs in each bedroom and in the living room, plus DVDs and CD players. The living room is tropical decor with a queen size sofa sleeper. Washer and dryer are in the condo for your convenience. Experience the beautiful Maui sunsets, whale watching, or simply relaxing with a cold drink, from your lanai overlooking the pacific ocean. Royal Kahana is truly an oceanfront complex, with the lobby just steps from the beach. The complex presents a lush tropical setting with beautiful lawns and swaying palms. Royal Kahana is complete with an oceanfront swimming pool, gas BBQs, poolside gazebo, sauna, tennis courts, shuffle board, ping pong and a gym/workout room.
