New La Concha Condos 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath & Studio Condo Location Beach Front at La Concha Beach Resort Accommodations: 201 is 2BR-2BA and 202 is a studio with 1BR-1BA. Rent either or both as they are side by side. New construction and furniture (total remodel 2008) Luxury Beach Front condos are perfect for couples. 201 is 1500 sq. ft. and has 4 queen beds. 202 is 800 sq. ft. and has 1 king and 1 queen 'AU' sleeper. Both condos have complete kitchens with everything you need, including state of art UV water purification. At La Concha, when you step on your balcony you feel the relaxing sound of the ocean and view the crystal clear water of the Sea of Cortez. Our condos are on the peaceful Bay of La Paz. Guests are permitted to use the neighboring La Concha Hotel facilities, restaurant, room service, palapa bar, and the 5 star PADI dive shop at the Cortez Club.
