This is a very quiet and private 2nd floor condo in a lush, classy, gated complex in North Scottsdale. Private stairs to unit are next to covered parking spot. In back is the great large private balcony overlooking the tree lined community pool and spa. The condo features a very loft-like feel with high ceilings throughout, ceiling fans, and is always sunsplashed with extra windows and patio doors to extend your living space to the balcony. The great room has a fireplace, high speed computer access and no nosy neighbors can look into your space. Kitchen is a chef's delight with cookware, dishes, very spacious with lots of counters and all the small appliances too. Washer and dryer are here for your use also. This is a delightfully sunny winter retreat!

  • We accept PAYPAL!
  • Condo is available monthly or longer. Owner will consider small dog and mid month Jan through mid Feb 2010.
    Security deposit of $2000 and application required to hold condo for winter month and is fully refundable after term of occupancy. Rent of $2500 and cleaning fee of $250 (non-refundable) are due 30 days before occupancy.
  • Total for prime Feb. winter month is $2500 rent (includes everything) and cleaning fee of $250.00.
    Security deposit hald in case of any non normal damage. A broken water glass is normal. A chair thrown into the TV screen is not normal wear and tear and you will be charged out of security deposit.

North Scottsdale: This complex is called Village North and is convenient to everything! Near Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd with tons of restaurants and great shopping centers for everyday and also near upscale Kierland, Fashion Square, Carefree and Westworld with the spectial events all winter.

amenities: Something for everyone in this active area. Whole Foods & AJ's for vegans and fine food, world class restaurants or Smoothie King. Condo is set back from roads, a great retreat with extra large and well furnished balcony overlooking the heated pool and spa.

Scottsdale winter fun: So much to do! 3 huge casinos, World Class car shows and auctions, horse shows, art fairs and galleries, tennis tournaments, FBR Golf Open, spring training (baseball) and even rugby games nearby. There are 3 public 18 hole golf courses within 5 miles of the condo, public tennis courts, miles of walking/biking paths amid miles of lakes and lawn. Scottsdale has a beautiful Contemporary Art Museum and Phoenix has most of the top traveling art exhibits at the Phoenix Art Museum. There are travelling Broadway shows, professional opera, theater, symphony and lots of Rock and Roll tours. Scottsdale shopping is legendary - Fashion Square, Biltmore, Kierland, Borgata and nearby outlet malls.

Golf: 20 public golf courses, from traditional to mountain and desert style, are within 25mile radius of this condo.

Loved it! No problems, 100's of nearby great restaurants!
We watched the Hilton's fireworks from the balcony and toasted 2008's arrival.

Really clean, bright, lots of blue sky views. We loved the location, could walk to coffee shops on the walking paths and enjoyed being close to everything we like to do on vacation - walking, dining, shopping, great jazz live.
