Gainey Ranch: Gainey Ranch once was a working ranch. In the 1980' and 90's it was developed as a luxury location with many styles of condos, townhomes and houses built around lakes, golf courses and the Hilton Resort. The Hilton still anchors the residential areas with restaurants, brunches, jazz happy hours and gorgeous palm trees and floral beds.
Gainey Ranch amenities: The Gainey shopping center is about 8 blocks from this condo. It features many fabulous boutiques and lots of variety in local and ethnic restaurants. You could eat a different cuisine every night. Also walking distance to the famous McCormick Ranch 36 mile long recreational greenbelt with biking, blading, dog walking amid golf courses and lakes.
Scottsdale winter fun: So much to do! World Class car shows and auctions, horse shows, art fairs and galleries, tennis tournaments, FBR Golf Open, spring training (baseball) and even rugby games nearby. There are 3 public 18 hole golf courses within 5 miles of the condo, public tennis courts, miles of walking/biking paths amid miles of lakes and lawn. Scottsdale has a beautiful Contemporary Art Museum and Phoenix has most of the top traveling art exhibits at the Phoenix Art Museum. There are travelling Broadway shows, professional opera, theater, symphony and lots of Rock and Roll tours. Scottsdale shopping is legendary - Fashion Square, Biltmore, Kierland, Borgata and nearby outlet malls.
Golf: 20 public golf courses, from traditional to mountain and desert style, are within 25mile radius of this condo.
Guest Book: This was a delightful indulgence for winter of 2008! Very well located, easy to find everything I needed. We felt right at home from the minute we stepped into the big living room filled with sunshine! Had the balcony blinds and door open nearly everyday and just enjoyed our stay so much!
