About The Owner
My wife, Caroline and I own a busy real estate company called New South, Realtors in Madison, Alabama. We purchased this lake property as an investment in hopes that some day we would retire there.
The Owner purchased this house in 2004
Why The Owner chose Guntersville Lake
We purchased this property in 2004 as a vacation property. We used it weekends since we are avid boaters and love the lake. In 2009, with the downturn in real estate, we decided to offer it to the public as a vacation property. The interest has been far beyond anything we expected. People that have stayed there brag about how much fun they have staying there. We have many guests who return year after year! Many of the lake properties have a lot of steps to get to the lake. Ours is a gentle slop and is easy to access. Consider our home for your next vacation... We are confident that you will enjoy your stay in our wonderful lake house!
Guestbook comments from the manager
thanks for all your help, we really enjoyed are week at the house, it was
just great, everything you would want or need and right on the lake. the fishing
in the river was fair but in the cove by the house was good so that worked out
great. I would certainly recommend it my friends, looking forward to our next
stay, Dennis ward
